<div class='textboxV3' id='pgTextboxV3_2'>We contacted Laurance the landlord of the Red rock Inn having heard from regulars about possible spirits that may be pressent there. We had heard that some of the staff had seen and felt things, and seen doors opening on there own. and feeling of being touched by persons walking past to find there was no person pressent. objects being moved and then replaced again later. . we at in search of spirit thought that it would be worth investigating to see what we could find, and to give Lawrance some answers as to what was going on.<br /> <br />Friday the 14/02/05. In search of spirit arrived at around 10.30pm armed with all our equipment ready for the nights investigations. which would consist of. seances, vigils, evp, electical voice phenomena, which some times if we are lucky we can capture spirit voices of digtial recording equipment when we play it back. emf meters which capture electro magnetic sounds. very similar to microwave sounds, which are so gentle we can read this via a emf meter, which connects to headphones, which tells us if there is possibility of spirit energy in a certain room. which can pick it up.. camcorders to capture all the nights footage, and also to capture orbs, which can be again the first manifestation of spirits, trying to communciate with us. but it can also be dust or insects, so we have to double check all recordings to rule this out..<br /> <br />Michelle Lee. REPORTS.<br />As i made my way to the dining area, i was drawn to a set of swing doors which runs to the kitchen area. i became very aware of a female pressence. she was wearing what i would call a molly cap, her hair was tooked up into it with frill around. she gave me the name Mary. she said she lived here aroud 1860s. she was qiuite strong in her energys, as i entered the doors i felt a sudden surge of evergy run through me, like when as the saying some one walks over your grave, then i became icy cold, temp checks did show a mild drop in temp withing this area. Tyone Bowles our other sensative. also felt the sudden changed as he entered the doors too. he said the same he thought it wasa female pressence ..<br />I also became aware of a child female, around the age of 7 or 8 years of age she connects to the Mary i was given the name margret, i feel maybe mother and daughter.<br />As we made our way up to the room above the dining room. all group members felt the changes again in temp from going to being comfortably warm, to icy chill within a matter of seconds..<br />It was in this room that Damien Lee got a sudden shock, he was aware of a old lady walking towards him, he asked if anyone else could see this lady, he realised it was only him, and was a little shocked by the pressence. we feel the old lady resisides at the inn and many of the staff have confirmed that it had been mentioned before the old lady..<br />In this room i felt the names mary connect with me again, i was made aware of the smell of wool being woven, mary said she used to work at a mill close by, and she lived in the 1st cottagge which is now the Red rock inn. it was confirmed that the red rock was once three cottages, she also gave the name cotes or coyetes as t the place of work. checks are being done to confirm this one wat or the other.. Also the name Thomas harwood came through , and said he would assocaite with the people who owned the pub back inth 1800s. <br />It was in this room that we caught on film a light or orb , which was seen moving along the screen where i had picked up the lady spirit, and where Damien had seen the old lady. it is what we call unexplainable as to why this would happen..<br /> <br />We decided to hold a seance, jacky the landlady and another member of staff joined us, we joined hands and commenced. The seance brought through many names which will be checked shorlty in the census list to verify, again Thomas and the last name pickles connected.jacky felt a prod on her leg during the seance, and another memebr of staff felt a gush of wind pass by her ear which was very strong<br />It was during the seance when i was channeling spirit, i became uncomfortable, sometimes when i work i get the feeling and sense the conditions as to what the spirit communicating passed away by. I was given the condition of a stroke a male gentleman who had not been gone long to the spirit world. imy face became numb and my left arm, i knew this was a stroke related condition. The man said he connects with Laurance the landlord, and as laurance had not sat int othe seance we could not confirm at that point. I also got the name claire connecting to laurance. the seance ended.<br /> <br />I mentioned to laurance about this gentleman that said he connects to him, it was at this point that laurance went into the back and came out wit ha news paper article, to the groups amasememt it was about this man, is name was Ernie, and how he passed stroke was one of the coditions related to him amongst other problems, he was a well known figure around padiham and yes he wa a friend of Laurance, and Laurane went onto to say that Ernie did once say he would always come back to connect when ever he pssed to the spirit world. the name claire connects with Ernie also.<br />Ray lee on returning from the car became aware of a male spirit energy sat in the chairs near the door, he took photos which we captured a bright spirit orb, we beleive this to be that of the enegy trying to communicate to us. photo of the orb near the chairs. Picutrue to the right of the orb captured.<br /> <br />Conclusion/ Michelle lee spiritual psychic medium. <br />for I-S-O-S<br /> <br /> I do beleive to Red rock to be active in parts. the main spirit that made connection to me was that of MARY and the child Margret, Mary can be felt in the dining room by most of the group.and i feel the landay and other members of staff have sensed and felt her pressence on numerous occasions. i do feel there is a old lady which can be seen walking in and around the building, and as been seen by others at times. i did not make contact with her as such she made herself noticed by moving energys which all the group felt in certain parts of the bulding..<br /> <br />In search of spirit would like to thank Laurance and Jacky for inviting us to the Red rock, and appreciate there hospitality. <div class='textboxV3' id='pgTextboxV3_11'>LINDSAY PARKIN REPORT..<br />RED ROCK INN 14/01/05<br /><br />The Red Rock is a beautiful country pub situated in the heart of Lancashire. It was originally 3 cottages and an ale house, although there is very little recorded information about the building so it is unclear when it was built. There has been a lot of anecdotal evidence to suggest that the building is haunted so I.S.O.S went along to investigate. <br />> <br />>We started by conducting a séance downstairs. Tyrone picked up on a black dog named Prince, it was confirmed that Jackie, the landlady, used to have a black dog called Prince. During the séance Jackie felt a breeze going past her face. Also Lin, who had not joined in the séance, heard somebody in the kitchen area, and thought that the swing doors were opening. Damien filmed the séance and the camera seemingly fell off its stand. <br />> <br />>Following the séance we went into one of the bedrooms where Michelle, Luke and Damien had previously felt there was activity. People sensed the presence of a female and Luke saw a shadow. We carried out an EVP experiment in this room. EVP is electronic voice phenomena, we set up a Dictaphone and asked a series of questions. Sometimes when this is carried out you can pick up voices, thought to be the voices of spirit. However on this occasion we were unsuccessful. <br />> <br />>We also spent time in the cellar, which is actually an annex building. In here we heard what we thought to be footsteps in the bottom half of the room, and Luke felt something playing with his hair. It was confirmed that staff members have had the same sensation whilst in this room. <br />> <br />>We carried out various vigils throughout the night but unfortunately there was no further activity. We also set up what are known as trigger objects. This is where you place an object on a piece of paper and draw round it. The area where it is placed is then locked off and at the end of the night we check to see it the object has moved, again on this occasion we had no results. Michelle the medium for I-S-O-S picked up the name Mary as being a strong presence, again it was confirmed that Mary is thought to be responsible for a lot of the activity in the pub. <br />> <br />>There is defiantly strong spirit activity in the pub, and I.S.O.S would love to go back and investigate further. <br />> <br />>Lindsay Parkin.</div>

<div class='textboxV3' id='pgTextboxV3_4'>TYRONES REPORT..<br /><br />We arrived at the pub called Red Rock at about 10 it was a hard place to find and well out in the <br />sticks in the middle of now here real country . I felt really postive about this location<br />and the energies were high around me, as a medium you work with different energies and get a certain<br />feel to a place or location you are going to visit as for this one it was a good feeling.<br /><br />We were the first to arrive there 5 of us Luke Damien,Ray,Michelle,Tyrone, there are 7 in total in,our group.<br /> The other 2 turned up late as they had difficulty finding the location lynn and lindsey but they found it eventually<br />god bless like i said it was out in the middle of nowhere the location.<br /><br />We got into the pub the landlord introduced himself to us as Laurence he was very welcoming and put us at our ease straight <br />away made us feel good and postive about thinks. <br /><br /><br />We may a start by getting all the equipment out of the car 2 tv sets laptop computer tripods about small camera emf meter temperature<br />equiipment dictaphone, videorecorder , . we set the first tv set up in one of the bedrooms upstairs with a videorecorder attached to it and small<br />camera to pick up any orbs or strange lights which may show up on the screen because this bedroom as been the sight of a lot of activity <br /><br />Another monitor was placed downstairs to monitor the bar area and place around there so we could pick up whatever was going on there as well<br /><br />I was the first medium to begin to see what i could sense and feel about the place i started off upstairs in the bedrooms Damien was with me with the<br />videocamera first off all i pick up in my mind thoughts or words of children should been seen and not heard then i pick up a female energie in the room of<br />a woman in the room i got the name Alison and felt the pressence of children around this woman a little blonde haired girl of about 5years old and other girl of about<br />12 years old . They were wearing white gowns or dresses i felt with them we would be going back in time to the pierod 1868,1871,1864,<br /><br />I felt the were coming back in visitation to remember joyful times spent here growing up i felt they were a family that once lived.<br />In the pub they are very pleasant souls and i don't feel to negativatey with them at all it was a pleasure working with such<br />beautiful souls. <br /><br />I picked somthing to do with a school as well i felt a headmistress or woman who worked in a school had ties to the Red-Rock some how.<br />A person of discipline or authority head teacher <br />Damien Commented on Seeing an orb around me while i Wwas working that was quite a good result and im sure i saw some orbs on the monitor in the room we were in<br /><br />Tyrone bowles report<br /> we moved into the end bedroom this room felt quite different the energies here were a bit negative and stressful to work with<br />The first names picked up john then the name rupert came in i felt this soul really wasn't the communicating type and really wanted to be left alone<br />He was angry he started coming in close to me i felt he was taking over or trying to the information i recieved was of a person in the army <br />World war 2 year 1944 a solider with 2 or 3 white stripes on his left shoulder disapline order radio operator morse code sending messages across wire <br />Also so some tanks been driven in my mind i saw this . Some other names coming through mary geoge also Damien told me he had seen.<br />A face later when we had been in the room this is startling as this was his first experience and he told me he wasnt really a believer and was quite<br />sceptical of things before this happen to him. i also picked up a woman in a nurses uniform to do with medicine medical care i also felt the pub could have once been an<br />inn or establishment of somesort and the woman and children upstairs may have lived or worked here in the pub . the name Oliver<br />crombwell came into my mind as well weather that is connected to this building i just dont no. i also got the feeling or records or history of things in the place have been<br />erased or no records can be found of information on the place to find out if what i am senseing and picking up is valid information <br />or not.<br /><br />It was michelle turn next to see what information she could recieve michelle Picked up many energies while doing so which as been noted in michelles report, then decided to do a senace the idea off this is where people gather around a table.<br />and go into like a relexed state or meditation then we open the circle up with a prayer an opening prayer it is usually called then protection is done to stop any negative<br />souls coming in that way you allow only the brightest and best souls to work with you and channel out pure energie and not negative energie. we then do a short mental exercise to relax<br />there minds and prepare them for tuning into spritual energies that way you open up your mind more and allow yourself to be used as channel or vessel for sprit to communicate through thats all<br />a medium is a person who allows souls to communicate through them but you need to relax and open up your mind to connect with them<br /><br />When the seance is finished you close the circle down this is done by thanking sprit for working with u then saying a short prayer and thats it really always making<br />sure everybody is ok and not too drained because working as a medium can be draining because of the different energies we work with but its worth it it really is and as a medium myself.
